We’ll check your benefits, estimate out-of-pocket costs, and walk you through next steps.
Step 3 — Schedule Your First Session
Once your insurance is confirmed, we’ll match you with a therapist and schedule your first visit.

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you.
Together, we’ll talk about:

We’ll also create a plan for therapy sessions based on your needs, strengths, and priorities.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 45–60 minutes, depending on your insurance plan and needs.
Do you see adults?
Absolutely — adults are a major part of our practice. We support adults navigating executive functioning, communication, sensory needs, burnout, emotional regulation, and everyday routines.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes! Select OT and SLP services are available virtually.
Do you see pre-teens and teens?
Yes, we see ages 9 and up. This includes support for school, home routines, friendships, and early independence.
Do you provide in-home sessions?
We are primarily a clinic-based practice, but we can offer in-home visits on a limited, case-by-case basis.
How often will I need therapy?
Your therapist will recommend a frequency based on your goals, diagnosis, and scheduling availability.
