About Bee You Therapy

A neurodivergent-affirming therapy practice helping teens, adults, and families build confidence, clarity, and everyday skills.

Bee You Therapy began with a simple belief:
everyone deserves support that meets them exactly where they are.

Founded by Dr. Lauren Pammer, Bee You Therapy was created for individuals who don’t always feel understood in traditional therapy settings — especially autistic adults, ADHD adults, and parents raising neurodivergent teens.

We focus on real-life skills, practical strategies, communication, emotional regulation, and helping clients feel grounded, capable, and empowered in their everyday routines.

Our approach is warm, personalized, and rooted in compassion — because therapy shouldn’t feel like a checklist. It should feel like support.

Our Approach

Neurodivergent-Affirming Care

We honor your lived experience — no masking, no pressure to change who you are.

Trauma-Informed Support

Safety, trust, and empowerment guide every interaction and every goal we set together.

Real-Life Skill Building

Therapy is most effective when it fits your everyday life, not the other way around.

Collaborative & Personalized

You lead the goals. We provide the tools, strategies, and support.
